concerning an amendment to the Agreement concluded between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics concerning the quarantine and protection of agricultural plants against pests and diseases of 28 November 1947, negotiated in Prague on 16 June 1953.
On 16 June 1953, an amendment to the Agreement concluded between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the quarantine and protection of agricultural plants against pests and diseases published by Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Collection of Laws under No. 264 / 1948 Coll.
According to this supplement, the two Parties agreed to be included in the list of pests of agricultural plants referred to in Article 2 of the Agreement, the new agricultural pest, the American friend and the extension of all the Regulations cited in the Agreement to that pest.
That supplement was approved by the Government Resolution of 28 July 1953.
