concerning the Additional Agreement to the Trade Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Economic Union of Belgium-Luxembourg of 28 December 1925 signed in Brussels on 3 July 1948.
The Additional Agreement to the Trade Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Economic Union of Belgium and Luxembourg of 28 December 1925, signed in Brussels on 3 July 1948, and entered into force, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, by Decree-Law No 228 / 1948 Coll. on the provisional application of Article 1 of Law No 158 / 1923 Coll., on the provisional arrangements for trade relations with foreign persons, and pursuant to Article VII of Law No 109 / 1926 Coll., which partially amends the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak customs territory and the Customs Tariff and the provisions on trade relations with foreign persons, was approved by the National Assembly on 2 December 1948 and on 24 June 1949 by the President of the Republic.
The instruments of ratification were exchanged in Prague on 18 October 1950.
The Additional Agreement entered into force in view of the provisions of its Article IV 14 days after the replacement of the instruments of ratification, i.e. 1 November 1950.
