Decree of the Ministry of National Defence
of 23 January 1947
on the entry dates of members of the reserve of the year of birth 1919 to military training in 1947.
The Ministry of National Defence declares pursuant to § 15, paragraph 5 of the Czechoslovak Defence Act, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of National Defence of 26 February 1934, No. 30 Coll.:
(1) For members of the reserve of the year of birth 1919, the starting dates for military training shall be 1947.
(a) 2 May 1947 for farmers and goals who, according to their education, may be assigned to schools for advance officers;
(b) 1 July 1947 for all other goals.
(2) Branches shall be called to the starting dates referred to in paragraph 1 by calling lists.
The provisions of the Decree of the Ministry of Defence of 11 November 1946, No 210 Coll. remain unaffected by the Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
