repealing the undertaking "State goods of agricultural schools and research institutes of agriculture 'and replacing separate undertakings" State goods of agricultural schools' and "State experimental goods of research institutes of agriculture '.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § § 1, 2 and 6 of the Act of 18 December 1922, No. 404 Coll., on the regulation of the management of state establishments, institutes and establishments which are not required to perform administrative tasks:
(1) The undertaking "State goods of agricultural schools and research institutes of agriculture" is deleted and replaced by separate undertakings managed under the principles of commercial management, with the names "State goods of agricultural schools" and "State experimental goods of research institutes of agriculture."
(2) This amended and supplemented the Government Decree of 17 May 1934, No. 97 Coll., excluding the State Goods of Agricultural Schools and Research Institutions and the State Diagnostic and Serotherapy Veterinary Institute in Ivanovice from the State Forests and Goods and declaring them as separate undertakings.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1946; They shall be implemented by the Ministers for Education and Education and Agriculture in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
