Government Regulation
of 25 May 1945
authorising the Minister of Food to regulate the production, circulation and consumption of food and food.
With the consent of the President of the Czechoslovak Republic, the Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 138, paragraph 1 of the Act of 13 May 1936, No 131 Coll., on State Defence:
(1) The Minister of Nutrition is hereby authorised to take all necessary measures, in agreement with the ministers concerned, concerning the production, circulation and consumption of food and food, in particular to control the capture of products of plant and animal feed origin, to determine the products which can only be collected for the production documents, to establish food and consumer benefits for each period and to ensure that they are distributed fairly and evenly.
(2) Regulations of a general nature, issued under the terms of the authorisation referred to in paragraph 1, shall be published by the Minister of Nutrition in the Official Journal of the Czechoslovak Republic.
Infringements issued pursuant to § 1 shall be prosecuted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Title VIII of Act No. 131 / 1936 Coll.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Nutrition in agreement with the ministers involved.
