DECLARATION
of 13 December 2013
amending Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended
According to Section 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., to implement Sections 104 (5) and Section 105 (5) of the Act:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended by Decree No. 154 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 177 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 27 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 243 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 5, the sentences "Commission Directive 2012 / 36 / EU of 19 November 2012 amending Directive 2006 / 126 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on driving licences are added. Council Directive 2013 / 22 / EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain Directives in the field of transport policy by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia. '
2. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
