DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy
of 17 December 1986
amending Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy Decree No. 106 / 1977 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of solid fuels
The Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Section 392 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No. 45 / 1983 Coll.:
Paragraph 25 (2) of Decree No 106 / 1977 Coll., which issues the essential conditions for the supply of solid fuels, is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1987.
