supplementing Government Regulation No. 36 / 1969 Coll., laying down further cases where an apartment can be allocated in the state interest, as amended by the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic Decree No. 88 / 1970 Coll.
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 20 paragraph 2 of Act No. 41 / 1964 Coll., on the management of flats:
Government Decree No. 36 / 1969 Coll., laying down further cases where an apartment can be allocated in the public interest, as amended by Government Decree No. 88 / 1970 Coll., is added as follows:
In Article I, the following paragraph (n) is added at the end:
"(n) medical practitioners and pharmacists providing medical services1) in the districts of Sokolov, Chomutov, Most, Teplice, Ústí nad Labem, in the district of Česká Lípa with the exception of the municipality of Doksy, and in the district of Louny in the municipalities of Počerad, Blažim, Vysokov and Břvany."
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
