on the issue of basic conditions for the supply of air works in agriculture, forestry and water management
The Federal Ministry of Transport, in agreement with the participating ministries, provides, pursuant to Article 392 (1) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No. 37 / 1971 Coll.:
Subject matter and scope of the adjustment
(1) This Decree regulates the supply of air work in agriculture, forestry and water (hereinafter referred to as "air work ') by air labour organisations (hereinafter referred to as" supplier') .1.
(2) Aeroplanes shall mean, in particular, aerial sowing, application of industrial fertilisers, plant protection products (hereinafter referred to as "product") 2, including aerial hygienic-epidemiological interventions, but not structural assembly work.
Liability for defects and complaints
(1) The collector is obliged to make a written claim to the supplier of the quality defects of the air works without undue delay, but
(a) in the case of defects which are evident immediately after the work has been carried out, within 15 days of their execution;
(b) for other defects until the end of the growing season concerning the treated article.
(2) The supplier shall inform the customer, no later than 15 days after receipt of the claim, whether the complaint recognises the measure or period of time he proposes to remove the defects or for what reasons he refuses to recognise the claim.
(3) The defects in aeronautical work are not defects caused by the customer, in particular:
(a) the supply of an unfit preparation or, where appropriate, an inadequate quality product;
(b) by inappropriately determining the benefits of preparations for aeronautical work;
(c) by inappropriately setting the agri-technical date of the aeronautical work, in particular taking into account the development phase of plants, pests, plant diseases and the development phase of weeds.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 1980.

1) Paragraph 6 (1) (a) of Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act) (full version No. 127 / 1976 Coll.) - currently the supplier of these works is the company for the aviation work of SLOV-AIR based in Bratislava.
2) List of authorised plant protection products issued by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and Methodology Manual issued by the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the CSSR and the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the SSR.
6) Regulation L 6 - Operation of aircraft, Part I and Part II, issued by the Federal Ministry of Transport (registered in the amount of 4 / 1973 Coll.). Regulation L 2 - Flying rules issued by the Federal Ministry of Transport (registered in the amount of 4 / 1973 Coll.).
7) Types of these machines, equipment and mechanisms are approved by the State Service for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Machinery.
8) Paragraph 11 (3) of Decree No. 142 / 1976 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on the Protection of the Agricultural Soil Fund.
