GOVERNMENT REGULATION
Slovak Socialist Republic
of 20 January 1971
on the establishment of trade unions of regional national committees
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article 16 (2) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 131 / 1970 Coll. on the establishment of regional national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic and on measures related to:
(1) The Regional National Committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic establish:
the organisational department,
Planning department,
the Financial Department,
Department of Construction,
Department of Education,
the Department of Culture,
the Social Security and Labour Department,
Department of Home Affairs,
Department of Transport.
(2) Regional National Committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic may, with the agreement of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic, combine individual trade unions into one department.
Paragraph 1 of Decree No. 9 / 1968 Coll. on the Establishment of Unions of National Committees
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
