THE LAW
Slovak National Council
of 28 December 1961
on the publication of laws and other laws of the Slovak National Council
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
The Collection of Laws of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic ("the Collection of Laws') is published in the same way as other legislation published in this Collection
(a) the laws of the Slovak National Council;
(b) regulations issued by the Bureau of the Slovak National Council under the laws of the Slovak National Council and for their implementation;
(c) the resolution of the Bureau of the Slovak National Council, which shall be designated by the Bureau for publication in the Collection of Laws,
(d) other measures of the Slovak National Council and its Bureau, if the law so provides or if the nature of the case so requires.
The Act of the Slovak National Council No. 6 / 1959 Coll. SNR, on the publication of the laws of the Slovak National Council and the regulations issued for their implementation, is hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1962; it shall be carried out by the Bureau of the Slovak National Council.
