Bureau of the Slovak National Council
of 24 June 1968
on the establishment of trade unions in the capital of Slovakia Bratislava
The Bureau of the Slovak National Council orders according to § 17 paragraph 1 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 43 / 1968 Coll., on the capital of Slovakia Bratislava:
The National Committee of the Capital of Slovakia Bratislava establishes
Department of Organisation
Regional Plan Department
Planning Department
Financial Department
Department of State Finance
zoning and architecture unit
Department of Construction
Department of Local Industry and Services
Transport Department
Department of Trade and Tourism
Housing department
Department of Water and Forestry and Agriculture
Department of Education
Department of Culture
Department of Health
Social Security Department
Department of Labour
Department of Home Affairs
(1) The District National Committees of Bratislava Old Town, Bratislava-Niva, Bratislava-Vinohrady, Bratislava-New Town and Bratislava-Ružinov establish
Department of Organisational and Home Affairs
Department of Finance-Planning
Department of Construction
Department of Education and Culture
Social Security, Health and Labour Department
Department of Community Economy, Services and Agriculture
Housing department.
(2) The District National Committees referred to in paragraph 1 may, subject to local conditions and with the agreement of the National Committee of the Capital of Slovakia Bratislava, merge some of the departments they set up or divide the Department of Organisational and Home Affairs into two departments.
(1) The District National Committees of Bratislava-Partridge and Bratislava-Rača establish:
Department of Organisational and Home Affairs
Department of Finance-Planning
Department of Construction
Economic-administrative department
(2) The District National Committee of Bratislava-Karlova Ves- Devin establishes
Economic-administrative department
Department of Construction.
(3) Circumstantial National Committee Bratislava-Trnávka establishes
Department of Organisational and Home Affairs
Economic-administrative department.
(4) The District National Committees of Bratislava-Vajnory, Bratislava-Lamac and Bratislava-Doubravka may, under local conditions and with the approval of the National Committee of the Capital of Slovakia, establish Bratislava:
Economic-administrative department
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) The National Committee of the capital of Slovakia Bratislava and the District National Committees in Bratislava shall organise the structure of their trade unions in accordance with this Regulation by 30 June 1968 at the latest.
