The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 5 April 1994 on a proposal by the District Office of Brno to abolish the generally binding order of the city of Kuřimi on the transfer and lease of the property of the city of Kuřimi
as follows:
The proposal by the Regional Office of Brno to repeal the Kuřimi Order of 22 April 1992 on the transfer and lease of the property of the City of Kuřimi is rejected.
