THE LAW
of 26 March 2009
amending Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended, and Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Agriculture Act
Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 307 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 317 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 94 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., found by the Constitutional Court under No. 409 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 35 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2da (3) (f), the word "economic 'shall be inserted after the word" unfavourable'.
2. In Paragraph 2da, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (i) is added:
"(i) operating financing."
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
