determining the beginning of the application of the provisions of Paragraph 39 (2) of the Second Law on the organisation of courts.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 53 paragraph 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
Paragraph 39 (2) of the Second Law No 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts, takes effect on 1 January 1953.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; they shall be carried out by the Minister for National Defence and the Minister for Justice.
