State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 3 September 1981
laying down the basic conditions for the supply of vegetables and fruit between internal trade organisations
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic after discussion with the participating ministries and other central authorities pursuant to § 392 (1) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No. 37 / 1971 Coll. and supplemented by Act No. 144 / 1975 Coll. ("the Act ') provides:
General provisions
Subject matter and scope of the adjustment
(1) This decree regulates economic obligations in the preparation of supplies and in the supply of vegetables and fruit
(a) between vegetable and fruit trade organisations (state and cooperative).
(2) The Decree does not apply to the supply of vegetables and fruit by vegetable and fruit trade organisations to trade organisations and consumer organisation.1)
Complaints

If there is no other guarantee period, the customer shall declare quality defects in writing to the supplier no later than 15 days after delivery, otherwise the rights arising from liability for defects shall cease; the customer claims on the basis of an expert opinion (§ 12), unless there is a delivery agreement.
Final provisions
Repeal
Decree of the Ministry of Internal Trade No. 139 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of vegetables and fruit between the state trade enterprises Zelenina and for industrial processing, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1982.
