GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 March 1994
declaring a binding part of the Zlín agglomeration's territorial plan
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the zoning plan for the large zlín conurbation area as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The zlín agglomeration approved by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 23 March 1994 No 150, as amended by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 16 July 1997 No 423 and the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 13 September 2000 No 891, is deposited in the district offices of Kromeriz, Uherské Hradiště and Zlín and the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the zoning plan of the large zlín agglomeration
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for:
(a) motorway D 1 in the section Neměrov - Hulín in the specified position from the off-level intersection (hereinafter "MÚK") Kroměříž (Upper Zahradky) - MÚK north of Hulín,
(b) motorway D 47 (D 1) in the MÚK section north of Hulín - the northern border of Kroměříž district with another course west of Přerov,
(c) speed communication R 49 in the MÚK section north of Hulín following the intersection with the road I / 49 at Záverice with road lenders in Zlín (II / 490), Holesov (II / 490) and Míškovice (II / 438),
(d) the speed communication R 55 in the section MÚK north of Hulín - the southern border of the district of Uherské Hradiště including road lenders north and south of Otrokovic, Babic (Kudlovice) and Old Town on the road I / 55,
(e) routes intended for adjustment on the roads I / 49 (north of Lhotska), I / 50 (bypass of Uherské Brod and Bánov south), I / 57 (bypass east of Brumav-Bylnice), I / 69 (cross-border of Króměříž and interconnections with the road II / 497 north of Uherské Hradiště), II / 432 (north circumference of Třebětice and road traffic between Hulín and Holeshošov), II / 490 (transit and south-western bypass of Nivnice), II / 495 (bridge and road adjustment in Brumovev-Bylnice), and II / 498 (southern bypass of the lower German road),
f) Corridors of new lines 110 kV (Uherský Brod - Strání, Zdounky - Bučovice) and trafostation 110 / 22 kV including loop from the lead 110 kV (Polovice, Bojkovice and Holešov).
2. For gasification of the territory to protect corridors for high pressure gas pipelines Chválovice - Kostelany, Vizovice - Vsetín, Auschwitz - Polesovice, Hungarian Brod - Stráží, Havřice - Hungarian Brod and Zlín north.
3. For the need to progressively ensure flood protection of settlements and territories, the territorial protection of areas for the possibility of building:
(a) the island protection of Plukísko, the protection of the gates of Zářičí, Chropyna and Plešovka, the adaptation of the dam of the Moštěnka in Skážovice, the bypass and the dam of Kroměříž, the island protection of Bílín, the island protection of the lawn including the production areas, the protection of the barrier of Záhlinice and the addition and modification of the dam system of Kvasice, in the district of Kroměříž,
(b) the barrier of Strumačov, the barrier of Otrokovice, including the treatment of Timber, the barrier of left and right (with the modification of the road I / 55) of the coast of Moravia in Napajedlé and the reflection of Spytihravi, in Zlín district,
(c) the protection dam of Topolná, Prizezpole, Babice and Hustlenovice, road connection I / 55 and II / 497 as the barrier of the police including the passing object, the right-cut dam of Uherské Hradiště, the protection dam of Kostelana in Moravia, the reflection of Nedakonice, the reflection of the left bank of Moravia over Uherské Ostroh and the direction to Vesel in Moravia, the extension of the fixed sea in Uherské Ostroh by 1 moving field and the protection dam of the left bank of New Moravia, in the district of Uherské Hradiste.
4. The territorial protection of corridors D 1 and D 47 approved by the Government of the Czech Republic by Resolution No 423 of 16 July 1997 and published in Annex 2 (1) (a) and (b) to Decree No 213 / 1997 Coll. was amended by the Government of the Czech Republic Resolution of 13 September 2000 No 891.
5. The construction associated with the implementation of the projects referred to in points 1 to 3 and defined in the graphic part of the second amendment of the zoning plan of the scale 1: 50 000, provided with an approval clause, shall be of public benefit.
