amending Decree No 415 / 2006 Coll., laying down the technical conditions and procedure for the acquisition and further processing of biometric data contained in the travel document data medium, as amended by Decree No 75 / 2009 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to Article 61a (3) of Act No. 325 / 1999 Coll., on Asylum and on Amendment to Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on Asylum), as amended, as amended by Act No. 136 / 2006 Coll., and after consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 182 (1) (d) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the Stay of Aliens in the Czech Republic and on the Amendment to Certain Acts No. 136 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 379 / 2007 Coll., as amended by Act No. 136 / 1999 Coll.
In Decree No. 415 / 2006 Coll., laying down the technical conditions and procedure for the acquisition and further processing of biometric data contained in the travel document data medium, as amended by Decree No. 75 / 2009 Coll., Section 7 is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
