Government Regulation
of 27 June 1950
on certain changes in the organisation of universities.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § 3 and § 7 (3) of Act No. 58 / 1950 Coll., on Higher Education:
§ 1.
1 September 1950 is hereby established:
1. engineering college in Ostrava,
2. a university of engineering and electrical engineering in Pilsen; and
3rd chemical school in Pardubice.
§ 2.
Each university is headed by the Dean and the faculty board. The Dean corresponds to the Minister of Education, Science and Art. A Dean's Office (Dean) is hereby established for the administration of the College.
§ 3.
(1) They are repealed.
1. Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno,
2. pharmacy study associated with Charles University Medical Faculty in Prague and
3. department of surveying engineering of the special teaching of Czech Technical University in Prague.
(2) The Minister for Education, Science and Art will take measures to enable the former faculty listeners (studies), which are cancelled under this Regulation, to complete the studies started after the case at another university (faculty).
§ 4.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be carried out by the Minister for Education, Science and Art in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
