of 3 February 1954
amending and supplementing the provisions on project and budget documentation for investments.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 14 paragraph 1 of Act No. 2 / 1954 Coll., on the State Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czechoslovak Republic for 1954:
Government Regulation No 28 / 1952 Coll., on the project and budget documentation of investments, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In Paragraph 10 (3), the following shall be added as point (h):
"(h) issue, in cooperation with the participating central authorities, detailed rules in the field of project and budgetary documentation of investments, including rules on economic contracts in that field and the legal consequences of their non-compliance,";
The existing designation (h) is changed to (ch).
2. The following Section 11 is inserted in Part Five:
Persons responsible for the complete, high quality and timely execution of the project and budget documentation of investments shall be entitled to impose fines up to CZK 2.000 without prejudice to disciplinary proceedings on the part of the competent central authorities in breach of their obligations in this field. The fines may be paid by administrative wage cuts; may also be enforced by judicial execution. Details shall be adapted by the Government Construction Committee in the Official Journal. '
The existing designation § § 11 and 12 is changed to § § 12 and 13.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
