amending Government Regulation No 87 / 2010 Coll., laying down certain conditions for granting payment to cows kept in a system with market production of milk, as amended by Government Regulation No 369 / 2010 Coll., and Government Regulation No 79 / 2007 Coll., on the conditions for implementing agri-environment measures, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 2b (2) and § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., and pursuant to § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down certain conditions for the payment of cows kept in a system of market milk production
In Section 4 of Government Decree No 87 / 2010 Coll., laying down certain conditions for the payment of cows kept in a system with market milk production, paragraph 6 is added, including footnote 19:
"(6) The payment referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 shall be made by the Fund for Applications lodged in 2012 and thereafter in accordance with another legislation19).
19) Article 7 of Government Decree No. 60 / 2012 Coll., establishing certain conditions for granting specific support to farmers. '
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the conditions for the implementation of agri-environmental measures
In Article 13 of Decree No. 79 / 2007 Coll., on the conditions for the implementation of agri-environment measures, as amended by Decree No. 114 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 45 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 78 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 282 / 2011 Coll., paragraph 5 reads as follows:
"(5) The subsidy rate referred to in paragraph 4 (c) to (g), (i), (j), (l) or (m) shall be reduced by EUR 112 / ha, if applicable by the soil block or part thereof located in the territory of the first zone of the specially protected territory (5), or in a vulnerable area in the territory of the first zone of the soil block or part thereof located in the territory of the first zone of the first country (5), or in the case of the vulnerable area of the territory defined in accordance with paragraph 7 (5), the first sentence of the Government of the soil block shall not be granted; If the soil block or part thereof is located only partially in the territory of the first zone of specially protected territory (5), the subsidy shall be reduced or not be granted only to that part of the soil block or part thereof. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 2012.
