GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 February 2024
amending Government Regulation No 463 / 2013 Coll., on substance lists, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 44c paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 273 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 366 / 2021 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 463 / 2013 Coll., on substance lists, as amended by Government Decree No. 243 / 2015 Coll., Government Decree No. 46 / 2017 Coll., Government Decree No. 30 / 2018 Coll., Government Decree No. 242 / 2018 Coll., Government Decree No. 184 / 2021 Coll., Government Decree No. 159 / 2022 Coll. and Government Decree No. 228 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the table in Annex No 4, under the line in the column entitled "Other international non-proprietary name or other common name ', the text" FUB-PB-22' is inserted, in the column entitled "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language / common name 'the word" Hexahydrokanabinol', in the column entitled "Other international non-proprietary name or other generic name 'is inserted, the text" HHC' and the product from technical hemp is given in a quantity lower than 0,3%, the column entitled "Chemical name according to IUPAC 'is given in the column" 6aR, 10aR, 10aR) -6,9-trimethyl -pentyl-6a, 7,8,9,10,10ahexahydrobenzo [c] chromen-1ol' and in the column entitled "Notes HHC, if it is included in the plant. This derogation shall not apply to food. '.
2. In the table in Annex No 4, a new line is inserted above the row in the column headed "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language / general name ', the word" Hexedron' is inserted, the column headed "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language / common name 'contains the word" Hexahydrokanabinol-O- acetate', the column headed "Other international non-proprietary name or other common name 'contains the words" HHC- acetate, HHCO' and the column headed "Chemical name according to IUPAC ', the word" ((6aR, 10aR) -6,9- trimethyl-3-pentyl -6a, 7,8,9,10,10ahexahydrobenzo [c] chromen-1-yl] acetate'.
3. In the table in Annex No 4, a new line is inserted above the column headed "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language / common name ', containing the word" Tetrahydrokanabinol', containing the word "Tetrahydrokanabinol 'in the column entitled" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language / common name', the word "Tetrahydrocanabiforol 'in the column entitled" Another international non-protected name or other general name' in the column entitled "THCP ', the word" (6aR, 10aR) -heptul-6,9-trimethyl-6a, 7,8,10atetrahydrobenzo [c] chromen-1ol' and the column entitled "Note ', except THCP, if it is contained in the plant of technical hemp, the technical hemp, the hemp and the tinception and the preparation and the preparation is less than 0,3%. Technical Regulation
This Regulation has been notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015 / 1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical and information society services.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication, with the exception of Article I (4), which shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
