DECLARATION
of 3 November 2006
amending Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
According to Section 1a (3) of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the Territorial Classification of the State, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 623 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Kreis Benešov, the word ", Řehenice 'is inserted after the word" Ratměřice'.
2. In the Benesov district, the words "Sedlec'
3. In the district of Blansko, the words "Bleek,," "Brumov, Březina, Bukovice," "Deep Dvory," "Lomnice," "Ochoz u Tišnova," "Osiky," "Rašov, Rohozec," "Shooter," "Synalov," "Unin," and "Zhrr," are deleted.
4. In the Brno- town district, the words "Brno- town 'are replaced by the words" Brno' in the column "The territory of the municipalities and the territory of the military depots defining the territory of the counties'.
5. In the Kreis Brno- rural area, the column "The territory of the municipalities and the territory of the military departments defining the territory of the districts' reads:

8. In the district of Česká Lípa the words "Častolovice," and "Jablonné v Podjedí, Janovice v Podjedí," are deleted.
9. In the district of České Budějovice, the words "Chenkov u Becýn 'are inserted after the word" Čejkovice'.
10. In the Domazlice district, the word "Cerníkov," shall be deleted.
11. In the Domažlice district, the words "Mezholezy, Mezholezy" are replaced by the words "Mezholezy (formerly Domažlice district), Mezholezy (formerly Horšovský Týn district)."
12. In Frýdek-Místek the words "Upper Bludovice," "Stará Ves nad Ondřínice," "Šenov," "Václavovice," and "Vratimov," are deleted.
13. In the Frýdek-Místek district, the words "Vendřka, Polopoli 'are replaced by the words" Polopoli, Vendřka'.
14. In Havlíček Brod, the words "Upper Behold," are deleted.
15. In Havlicek Brod County, the word "Behold" is inserted after the word "View."
16. In the Hodonin district, the word "Mouchnice" is inserted after the words "Moravian Sand."
17. In the district of Hradec Králové, the word ", Jílovice 'is inserted after the word" Haníkovice', the word "Ledce 'is inserted after the word" High above the Elbe', the words "High Escape 'are inserted.
18. In Cheb County, the word "Hot" is inserted after the words "Old Water."
19. In the Chomutov district, the word "meadow 'is replaced by" Loučná pod Klínovec'.
20. In the Kreis of Chrudim, the words "Polish," "New Castles," "Rivers," "Stradun," and "Wine," are deleted.
21. In the district of Jičín, the words "Svatojanský Újezce 'are replaced by the words" Svatojanský Újezd'.
22. In the Kreis Jihlava, the word "Brtnice 'is inserted after the word" Brtník', the word "Hostětice 'is inserted after the word" Grutov' and the word "Priest 'is inserted after the word" Klatovec'.
23. In the Kreis Jihlava, the word "Interričko," shall be deleted.
24. In Karlovy Vary, the word "Hot," is deleted.
25. In the Kreis Karviná, the words "Upper Bludovice 'shall be inserted after the word" Havířov'.
26. In the Kladno district, the word "Lany" is inserted after the word "Kyšice."
27. In the Kladno district, the word "Olovnice," is deleted.
28. In Klatovy's district, the words "Bor," and "Znedice," are deleted.
29. In the Klatovy district, the word "Chernikov 'is inserted after the word" Cachrov'.
30. In the district of Kolín, the words "Black Vodrodada," "Yevany,," "Konojedy, Kostelec nad Černé Lesy," "Kozojedky," "Nočice," "Oleška, oplany,," "Prusice," "Silver Skalice,," "Šlílice," "Vlkančice," "" Vrbová Lhota, "and" Extracts, Vyžlovka, "shall be deleted.
31. 39. In the district of Nová Jicin, the words "Klimkovice," "Olbramice," "Vrásina," and "Zbýslavice," are deleted.
40. In the district of Nymburk, the words "Chotovice," "Pňov- Příhrady," "Tatka," and "Zhehni," are deleted.
41. In the district of Nymburk, the words "Vrbová Lhota 'shall be inserted after the word" Vrbice'.
42. In the district of Olomouc, the column "The territory of the municipalities and the territory of the military departments defining the territory of the counties' reads:

48. In the district of Pilsen-South, the word "Borovna 'is inserted after the word" Borové' and the word "Neuras' is inserted after the word" Zedice '.
49. In the district of Pilsen-South, the words "Praise," "Letkov, Time limit," "Losiná,," "Winterly,," "Nesvovice," "Neszantika,," "Old Plzenec," "Stupperhead, Puppy Borek," and "Tymakov," are deleted.
50. In the district of Pilsen-town, the column "The territory of the municipalities and the territory of the military departments defining the territory of the districts' reads:

51. In the district of Pilsen-North, the words "Breath," "Protect," and "Kyšice," are deleted.

60. In the district of Tábor, the words "Chenkov u Bechyna 'are deleted.
61. In the district of Třebíč, the words "Brtníčka," "Hrutov," "Priestess," "Celebka," and "Tasov," are deleted.
62. In the county of Ústí nad Orlicí, the words "Domoradice," "Nemčice," "Columns," and "Vlčkov," are deleted.
63. In the district of Ústí nad Orlicí, the word "Lanskrón 'is inserted after the word" Lanskroun', the word "Necoru 'is inserted after the word" New Castles', the word "Radhosti 'is inserted after the word" Pond', the word "Rivers' is inserted after the word" Stradouň ', the word "Třebovice' is inserted after the word" Tíníšček 'and the word "Vine' is inserted after the word" Vine '.
64. In Vyškov, the word "Mouchnice," shall be deleted.
65. In the Znojmo district, the words "Branisovice," "Shipyard," "Šumice," and "Troskotovice," shall be deleted.
66. In the Zdár nad Sázavou district, the words "Bystřice nad Perstejn 'are replaced by the words" Bystřice nad Pernštejn'.
67. In the Zdár nad Sázavou district, after the word "Meřín ', the word" Meziříčko' is inserted, after the word "Sáslavice 'is inserted, the word" Tasov' is inserted, and after the words "Zdar nad Sázavou 'is replaced by the dot.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
