DECLARATION
of 15 November 2006
amending Decree No. 30 / 2001 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 137 (2) and for implementation of § 62 (5) and § 63 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended by Decree No. 153 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 176 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 193 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6, the following paragraph 6 is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) Unless the validity of the transport mark No IP 15c is terminated by other means, it ends at a further border of the nearest intersection. This shall not apply if another stop sign No IP 15c is located within 20 metres of the intersection. '
Paragraphs 6 and 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 7 and 8.
2. in Paragraph 10 (1) (u), the words "driving vehicle" are replaced by the words "driving vehicle under reduced visibility."
3. in Paragraph 12 (1) (r), including footnote 5c, the following shall be added:
"(r)" Motorways "(IP 14a); the mark refers to a motorway the use of which is charged by toll and time charge under a special legislation (5c), unless the addition of an additional table No E 11, No E 11a or No E 11b results otherwise;
5c) Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended. '
4. in Article 12 (1) (t):
"(t)" Road for motor vehicles "(No IP 15a); the mark indicates a road for motor vehicles the use of which is charged by toll and time charge, unless the addition of the road by additional tables E 11, E 11a or E 11b results otherwise, '.
5. in Article 12 (1), the following points (v) and (w) are inserted after point (u):
"(v)" Toll "(IP 15c), which refers to the toll-charged section of the infrastructure and is generally accompanied by the symbol IS 16b or IS 16c; the mark is not used on the motorway and road for motor vehicles; the toll symbol shown on this mark can also be used separately on informative road signs as an indication that a toll-charged infrastructure will be used when driving in the marked direction,
(w) "End of toll" (No IP 15d), which terminates the registration number IP 15c, "
Points (v) to (kk) shall be renumbered as points (x) to (mm).
6. in Article 12 (1), the following point (ll) is inserted after point (k):
"ll)" Traffic charging "(IP 28a), which informs of the obligation to pay under the conditions laid down in special legislation5c) toll or time fee; the text on the label shall, as a general rule, appear in the language of the neighbouring State and in English, ';
Points (ll) and (mm) shall be renumbered as points (mm) and (nn).
7. in Paragraph 13 (1) (t):
"(t)" Municipality "(No IS 12a), which marks the beginning of the municipality and informs about its name; the mark expires on the mark No B 20a and the toll-charged infrastructure section, ';
8. in Article 13 (1), the following points (v) and (w) are inserted after point (u), including footnote 6b:
"(v)" Municipality in the language of the national minority "(No IS 12c), which, under the conditions laid down by special legislation6b) is placed under the transport mark No IS 12a and informs of the name of the municipality in the language of the national minority,
(w) the "End of the municipality in the language of the national minority" (No IS 12d), which is placed under the transport mark No IS 12b under the conditions laid down by special legislation6b;
6b) § 29 of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended. '
Points (v) to (dd) shall be renumbered as points (x) to (ff).
9. in Article 15 (1) (k):
"(k)" No time-charge "(No E 11), which is used together with the mark No IP 14a or No IP 15a and indicates the section of the motorway or road for motor vehicles, the use of which is not subject to a time charge; the end of such section shall be marked with the relevant mark IP 14a or IP 15a without Table E 11, ';
10. in Article 15 (1), the following points (l) and (m) are inserted after point (k):
"(l)" No tolls "(No E 11a) which is used together with the mark No IP 14a or No IP 15a and denotes the section of the motorway or road for motor vehicles whose use is not charged by toll; the end of such section shall be marked with the relevant mark IP 14a or IP 15a without Table E 11a;
(m) "No time fee and tolls" (No E 11b) which is used together with the mark No IP 14a or No IP 15a and denotes the section of the motorway or road for motor vehicles, the use of which is not subject to a charge or toll; the end of such section shall be marked with the relevant mark IP 14a or IP 15a without additional table E 11b, ';
Point (l) shall be renumbered as point (n).
11. In Annex 3, point 5, the pictures and the names of the marks "IP 15c Toll 'and" IP 15d End of Toll' shall be added after the transport mark No IP 15b.

12. In Annex 3, point 5, the image and the name of the "IP 28a Traffic Charges' shall be added to the transport mark No IP 28.

13. In Annex 3, point 5, the pictures and the names of the marks "IS 12c Municipality in the language of the national minority 'and" IS 12d End of the village in the language of the national minority' shall be added after the transport mark No IS 12b.

14. In Annex 3, point 6, "No charge 'is replaced by" No time fee'.
15. In Annex 3, point 6, the pictures and the names of the "E 11a No Toll 'and" E 11b No Time and Toll' marks shall be inserted after the symbol E 11.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
