DECLARATION
of 10 November 2006
amending Decree No. 137 / 1998 Coll., on General Technical Requirements for Construction
According to § 143 paragraph 1 (k) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 83 / 1998 Coll.:
Decree No. 137 / 1998 Coll., on General Technical Requirements for Construction, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3, points (b), (c), (d) and (g) are deleted;
Points (e) and (f) shall be renumbered (b) and (c) and points (h) to (p) shall be renumbered (d) to (l).
2. Article 4 shall be deleted, including the title and footnote 2 to 6;
(3) Paragraph 7, including the title and footnote 7, shall be deleted.
(4) Article 8 shall be deleted, including the title.
5. Article 9, including the title and footnotes 8 and 9, shall be deleted.
6. In Paragraph 50, paragraphs 2, 8 and 9 are deleted.
Paragraphs 3 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 to 6.
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2006.
