DECLARATION
of 25 November 2020
amending Decree No 139 / 2020 Coll., on the provision of duty leave to professional soldiers in connection with exceptional measures for the epidemic in 2020, as amended by Decree No 266 / 2020 Coll.
According to § 39 (5) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
Decree No. 139 / 2020 Coll., on the provision of duty leave to professional soldiers in connection with exceptional measures in the event of an epidemic in 2020, as amended by Decree No. 266 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the words "in 2020 'are deleted.
2. In Article 1 (1), "13 'is replaced by" 10', after the words "to which they go ', the words" or part thereof' are added and the words "in the event of an epidemic in 2020 'are replaced by the words" in direct connection with the disease COVID-19'.
3. In Article 1 (2), the words "or part of an installation 'and the words" in the event of an epidemic in 2020' are replaced by the words "in direct connection with the disease COVID-19 '.
4. In Article 1 (3), "30 June 2020 'and" 2020' are deleted.
Transitional provision
Staff leave shall be granted from 5 October 2020 instead of additional leave, replacement leave, leave or proper leave, provided that they have been taken on account of the reasons set out in Section 1 of Decree No. 139 / 2020 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Order, after exhaustion of the duty leave provided for in Section 2 of Decree No. 263 / 1999 Coll., setting out the reasons for providing duty leave to professional workers for obstacles to the service and the extent of duty leave, as amended.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
