on Euro 3 level limits to implement Act No. 16 / 1993 Coll., on Road Tax, as amended
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides pursuant to § 17 paragraph 2 of Act No. 16 / 1993 Coll., on Road Tax, as amended by Act No. 303 / 2000 Coll.:
The indication certifying compliance with the Euro 3 level limits given in the vehicle technical licence or in a separate document issued by the vehicle manufacturer or his authorised representative (accredited importer) or another document issued by the vehicle manufacturer for vehicles registered abroad is the numerical indication of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulations 83-05 or Directive 98 / 69 / EC of the European Communities or 1999 / 102 / EC or 1999 / 96 / EC. The registration "EURO 3 'shall also be accepted on the vehicle technical licence issued before the entry into force of this Order.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
