DECLARATION
of 29 November 2005
amending Decree No. 467 / 2000 of the Ministry of Finance Coll., which establishes a test order for audit examinations and audit differences tests (audit test order), as amended by Decree No. 406 / 2005 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides for the Act No. 254 / 2000 Coll., on Auditors and amending Act No. 165 / 1998 Coll., as amended by Act No. 209 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 169 / 2004 Coll.:
In Section 2 of Decree No. 467 / 2000 Coll., which issues a test order for audit examinations and audit differences tests (audit test order), as amended by Decree No. 406 / 2005 Coll., the number "800 'is replaced by" 1000'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
