DECLARATION
of 11 February 2003
amending Decree No. 227 / 2001 Coll., laying down fuel requirements for the operation of vehicles on the road and the method of monitoring and monitoring their quality
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides, pursuant to § 91 (2), for the implementation of § 77 (2) to (5) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll.:
Paragraph 2 of Decree No. 227 / 2001 Coll., laying down fuel requirements for the operation of vehicles on the road and the method of monitoring and monitoring their quality, points (a) to (d), including footnote 2, read:
"(a) mineral engine gasoline oil intended for the propulsion of combustion positive ignition engines referred to in subheadings 2710 11 41, 2710 11 45 and 2710 11 49,
(b) diesel fuel gas oil for the propulsion of compression-ignition engines referred to in tariff subheading 2) 2710 19 41 and medium oil for the propulsion of compression-ignition engines referred to in subheading 2) 2710 19 29,
(c) biofuel of rapeseed oil methyl esters intended for the propulsion of combustion compression-ignition engines covered by tariff subheading 2) 3824 90 99,
(d) mixed fuel biofuel mixture with petroleum components containing more than 30% by weight of biofuels intended for the propulsion of combustion compression ignition engines, as specified in tariff subheading 2) 3824 90 99.
2) Government Regulation No 480 / 2001 Coll., establishing the tariff rate and fixing the rates of import duty applicable to goods originating in developing and least developed countries and the conditions for their application (tariff rate). '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
