amending and supplementing Decree No 71 / 1964 Coll., on a spa fee
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 2 paragraph 1 of Act No. 82 / 1952 Coll., on Local Charges:
The list of spa places where the spa fee is collected (hereinafter referred to as "the list"), annexed to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 71 / 1964 Coll., on the spa fee, is amended as follows:
"1. Group I is being reassigned from Group II by Jáchymov and Jeseník,
2. The group II is being reassigned from group III. Bechyna, Bohdaneč, Constantine Spa, Spa Belgrade and Třeboň and it is newly included Velkhovky, Great Losines, Bílina and Charles Studánka,
3. Group III is newly included in Belaves, Ostrožská Nová Ves, Slatinica, Toušt a Vráž,
4. The names of the following spa sites included in the list are as follows:
"Lip-bath" instead of "Lower Lip"
"Cundratice Spa" instead of "Cundratice pod Jested"
"Libverda Spa" instead of "Libverda" and
"Wheat-bath" instead of "Wheat by Budyn." '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1978.
