of 14 December 2009
amending Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., No. 182 / 1991 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the jurisdiction of the institutions of the Czech Republic in Social Security, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in social security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 91 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 360 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 109 / 2006 Coll.:

For 2010, the amount of the contribution to the operation of a motor vehicle for citizens whose disability justifies the granting of exceptional advantages for severely disabled people in III., CZK 3,360 for a single-track vehicle and CZK 7,920 for other vehicles and citizens whose disability justifies the granting of exceptional advantages for severely disabled citizens in II., CZK 1,150 for a single-track vehicle and CZK 3,000 for other vehicles. Paragraph 36 (4) of the second sentence applies mutatis mutandis. The amount of the contribution to the operation of the motor vehicle paid for 2010 shall be increased by the citizen referred to in the first sentence in accordance with Paragraph 36 (5) if, for serious reasons, he has travelled more than 7 000 km in 2010. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
