GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 23 February 2011

amending Government Regulation No 565 / 2006 Coll., on pay ratios for professional soldiers, as amended

The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (1) (b) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:

Government Decree No. 565 / 2006 Coll., on the salary ratios of professional soldiers, as amended by Government Decree No. 336 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 131 / 2008 Coll., Government Decree No. 31 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 134 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 200 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 376 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Article 5 (2), "and 2 'is replaced by" to 3';

2. In Paragraph 5 (4), the words "or Annex No 2 'are replaced by the words", 2 or 3'.

3. In Article 6, the words "unless otherwise specified in paragraph 3 'shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 2.

4. In Article 6, the following paragraph 3 is added, including footnote 22:

"(3) A soldier who is a doctor or dental practise22) providing health care at a hospital or centre of the air rescue service shall be entitled to a salary fare determined on the basis of the scale of the rates set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation.

5. In Section 9, "3 'is replaced by" 4';

6. The following Annex 3 is inserted after Annex 2:
