DECLARATION
of 3 November 2005
determining the cost of accommodation, catering and transport within the territory of the Czech Republic by a stranger secured for the purpose of administrative expulsion
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 182 (1) (c) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll.:
(1) The cost of food provided to foreigners for administrative expulsion is CZK 112 per person per calendar day.
(2) The cost of accommodation provided to foreigners for administrative expulsion is CZK 130 per person per calendar day.
(3) Amount of the cost of transporting an alien secured for administrative expulsion in use
a) the service road motor vehicle is equal to the number of kilometres travelled and the amount of CZK 1.55;
(b) other means of transport shall be equal to the amount of fare paid for such carriage.
This decree takes effect on the date of the entry into force of Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll., amending Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended, and certain other laws.
