DECISION
PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 20 December 2022
on the publication of voting dates in a special manner in the election of the President of the Republic in 2023
Under Article 27 (10) of Act No 411 / 2022 Coll., on special voting arrangements in the election of the President of the Republic in 2023,
establishing
(a) the voting date at the election post on Wednesday, 11 January 2023 and for the second round of the election of the President of the Republic on Wednesday, 25 January 2023;
(b) the day on which the vote on the residence facility is taken on Thursday 12 January 2023 and for the second round of the election of the President of the Republic on Thursday 26 January 2023; This is without prejudice to the provisions of Paragraph 13 (1) of the First Law No 411 / 2022 Coll.
