DECLARATION
of 14 January 2005
amending Decree No. 162 / 2001 Coll., on the provision of data from the Czech Real Estate Register, as amended
The Czech Office of Geoměřický and cadastrní provides pursuant to § 30 paragraph 1 (f) and (h) of Act No. 344 / 1992 Coll., on the cadastral property of the Czech Republic (cadastral law), as amended by Act No. 89 / 1996 Coll. and Act No. 120 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 162 / 2001 Coll., on the provision of data from the Czech Real Estate Register, as amended by Decree No. 460 / 2003 Coll. and Decree No. 345 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4 (1), the words "Article 6 (3) (a) and (b) 'shall be inserted after the words" the relevant cadastral office, with the exception of the entries ".
2. In Section 12, the words "and by way of a stamp or clause on payment of the administrative fee by other means or exemption from the administrative charge ', including the reference to footnote 11, are deleted.
3. In Article 12, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The amount of the remuneration for providing a copy of the cadastral map with an indicative plot of land holdings according to previous land records is set out in Annex 5. ';
4. In Article 13 (4), the second sentence, including the reference to footnote 11, is deleted.
5. In Article 13, paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) The amount of the remuneration for the comparative assembly of parcels is set out in Annex 6."
6. Paragraph 15 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 3.
7. In Annex 1, point (e) is added:
"(e) The remuneration for copies of the part of the cadastral map on the plastic film referred to in item 101 shall be determined for each and every A4 format started, on which is a semi-rapid drawing."
8. the following Annexes 5 and 6 are inserted after Annex 4:

Notes:
(a) Copies of the cadastral map with an indicative plot of land holdings according to previous land records shall be provided free of charge to the State authorities and the State Funds.
(b) The remuneration for copies of a cadastral map with an indicative plot of land holdings according to previous land records shall be fixed for each and every A4 format started, on which is a semi-secondary drawing.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2005.
