on the adjustment of the conditions for authorising exemptions from the arrangements for the implementation of cooperative housing construction pursuant to Article 4 (2) of Decree of the Minister of Finance No 94 / 1959 Ú. l., on the financing, lending and control of cooperative and corporate housing construction
Under Article 16 (1) of Act No. 27 / 1959 Coll., on cooperative housing, the Minister of Finance provides, after consultation with the central authorities and authorities involved and the regional national committees:
In the interests of the highest economy of cooperative housing, it is necessary to avoid the incorrect way in which it is implemented and only exceptionally allow the construction of houses with less than 12 flats. Such exceptions shall be granted to the full board or, where appropriate, to the Regional National Committee.
The Decree of the Minister of Finance No 94 / 1959 Ú. l., on the financing, lending and control of cooperative and corporate housing construction, as amended by Decree No 47 / 1960 Coll. is therefore amended and supplemented as follows:
Article 4 (2) reads as follows:
"Only multi-storey housing houses *) with at least 12 flats can be built in cooperative housing.
The construction of housing houses with a smaller number of flats may be authorised only by the Plenum or, where appropriate, by the Regional National Committee on the basis of consistent justification and provided that:
(a) the construction of multi-storey houses with at least 12 flats cannot be carried out at any point in the municipality due to the stopping plan; and
(b) the cooperative housing house for which an exemption is requested shall have at least 2 living floors, one common entrance, a common staircase and at least 4 apartments, all of which shall be accessible only from common corridors (or floor).
Construction housing cooperatives can also make adjustments to non-residential spaces for flats, apartment superstructures or extension buildings in existing buildings of socialist sector organisations and the construction of garages. These modifications, superstructures or extensions shall not be limited to the minimum number of flats or living floors to be obtained by their implementation.
The forms of cooperative housing cannot be used for the construction of family houses, * *) even if they are housing, superstructure or extension. Any experimental buildings may not be carried out in cooperative housing. "
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
