DECLARATION
of 11 January 2005
amending Decree No. 553 / 2002 of the Ministry of the Environment Coll., laying down the values of the specific limit of imitation pollutants, the central regulatory order and the manner in which it is to be operated, including the list of stationary sources subject to regulation, the principles for the development and operation of regional and local regulatory regulations and the manner and extent of disclosure of information on the level of air pollution to the public
According to § 55 (3) of Act No. 86 / 2002 Coll., on Air Protection and on the amendment of certain other laws (Air Protection Act), as amended, the Ministry of the Environment provides for the implementation of § 8 (12) and § 36 (5) of the Act:
Decree No 553 / 2002 Coll., laying down the values of the specific limit of imitation pollutants, the central regulatory order and its operation, including the list of stationary sources subject to regulation, the principles for the development and operation of regional and local regulatory regulations and the manner and extent of disclosure of information on air pollution levels to the public, are amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (2), the words "paragraph 1 (c) 'are deleted;
2. In Annex No 2, point 1.2, the words "1.
3. In Annex No 2 at the end of point 1.2, the following note is added:
"Note: the changes concerning the name of the sources of air pollution listed in the Annex to this Decree that occur after the date of its effectiveness and in which the operation of the source is maintained shall not be taken into account. ';
4. In Annex No 2, point 1.5, the words "for a specific area 'are replaced by the words" for the territory of the region', the words "the formation of tropospheric ozone 'are replaced by the words" smog situation', the words "representative of the territory of the region 'are inserted after the words" at 1 station' and the last sentence is deleted.
5. In Annex No 2, point 1.6, the words "for a specified area 'are replaced by the words" for the territory of the county', the words "for a smog situation has been predicted or meteorological conditions have been identified to permit the formation of tropospheric ozone, their continued duration has been predicted 'are replaced by the words" for a smog situation', the words "representative of the territory of the region 'are inserted after the words" at 1 station' and the last sentence is deleted.
6. In Annex 3, in the introductory paragraph, the words "paragraph 4 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2005.
