THE LAW
of 9 February 1995
amending and supplementing the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No 366 / 1992 Coll., on measures relating to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), as amended by Act No 215 / 1993 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. I
The legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No 366 / 1992 Coll., on measures relating to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), as amended by Act No 215 / 1993 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the title of the legal measure, the following words are added at the end: "and to the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the Bosnian Serbs' forces.
2. Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 shall be added:
"(2) The prohibition referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply to civilian passenger flights to and from Belgrade Airport, which only carry passengers and personal supplies and the costs for which authorisation has been granted pursuant to § 7. ';
3. Paragraph 4b is renumbered paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The prohibition referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply to the provision of transport services between Bare in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and Bari in Italy carrying only passengers and personal supplies and the costs for which authorisation has been granted pursuant to Section 7. ';
4. § 4c is no longer effective.
5. In § 4d, the words "as well as cultural exchanges and visits' are deleted.
6. The following Sections 6a and 6b are inserted after Section 6:
„§ 6a
(1) The prohibitions set out in Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4a also apply to the territories of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina which are under the control of the forces of the Bosnian Serbs.
(2) Natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the forces of the Bosnian Serbs, and legal persons having their registered office in that territory, as well as legal persons owned or controlled directly or indirectly by such persons, may not engage in business, business or engage in the business of other legal persons in the territory of the Czech Republic. This prohibition shall not apply to activities for which authorisation has been granted pursuant to Paragraph 7.
§ 6b
The entry into ports of river merchant ships flying the flag of the Czech Republic on the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the Bosnian Serbs shall be prohibited except in cases of emergency or on the basis of an authorisation granted pursuant to Section 7. ';
7. in § 7 (1), "§ 4b and 6" is replaced by "§ 4b (1), § 6, § 6a (2) and § 6b."
8. in Article 7 (3) (a) and (b):
"(a) the Ministry of Industry and Trade, if it is an export permit pursuant to Article 2 (2) or the activities referred to in Article 6a (2),
(b) the Ministry of Transport, if it is for authorisation to enter territorial waters under § 4b (1), transit under § 6 or entry into ports under § 6b, '.

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
