Order of the Minister of Justice
of 18 May 1951
limiting the publication of entries made in the company register.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 (c) of Act No. 100 / 1950 Coll., on the Company Register:
(1) Only those entries made in the company register concerning the establishment, entry into liquidation or deletion of an undertaking shall be declared on the official list.
(2) The decree shall state only the name of the undertaking, its registered office and the fact that the undertaking was set up, entered into liquidation or has been deleted.
The minutes referred to in § 1 shall not be published if the competent central authority so decides in agreement with the Ministry of Justice.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
