On 2 November 2010, the Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn.
as follows:
The generally binding Breclav City Decree No 5 / 2008 on the provision of local public order issues in the operation of innkeeper activities in the residential building of the city is cancelled on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
