on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.12.2008 and 31.12.2008:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and leather industry for 2009 (dated 28.11.2008) concluded between
Association of textile-clothing-leather industry
and
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia.
2. Collective contract for the year 2009 (of 4.12.2008) concluded between
The Union of Employers Malá Voda Czech Republic
and
The trade union of workers in the woodworking sector, forestry and water management.
3. Appendix 1 (of 3.12.2008) to the collective agreement of the higher degree concluded on 17.12.2007 between
The Union of Jewelry Manufacturers
and
The union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain.
4. Appendix 2 (of 27.11.2008) to the collective agreement of a higher degree concluded on 10.12.2007 between
Czech Gas Union - Employee Union
and
Unios union and Transgas union.
5. Collective contract for the year 2009 (dated 17 December 2008) concluded between
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy
and
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy.
6. Collective contract of higher degree 2009 - 2012 (dated 16 December 2008) concluded between
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic, section of road transport
and
Trade union.
7. Collective contract of higher degree for 2009 (of 4 December 2008) concluded between
Association of Czech Paper Industry
