DECLARATION
of 17 December 2007
amending, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of the basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and fixing the average price of fuel
According to § 189 (1) (a) and (c) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code provides:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.10 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 4.10 CZK.
Average fuel price
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 30,60 for motor gasoline 91 octane,
(b) CZK 30,90 for car gasoline 95 octane,
c) 33.10 CZK for car gasoline 98 octane,
(d) CZK 31.20 for diesel.
Decree No 577 / 2006 Coll., which sets the average fuel price for determining the amount of the refund for the fuel consumed, is repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008.
