THE LAW
of 4 December 2019
amending Act No. 245 / 2000 Coll., on public holidays, on other holidays, on significant days and on working time days, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 4 (1) of Act No. 245 / 2000 Coll., on public holidays, on other holidays, on significant days and on working days, as amended by Act No. 101 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 49 / 2019 Coll., the words "August 21 - Memorial Day of the victims of the Communist regime," shall be inserted after the words "June 27 - Memorial Day of the victims of the invasion and subsequent occupation of the armies of the Warsaw Treaty."
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
