GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 September 2001
on the visa waiver for passport holders Special Administrative Areas of the People's Republic of China Macao
The Government orders pursuant to § 181 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll.:
Passport holders The Macao Special Administrative Areas of the People's Republic of China may enter the territory of the Czech Republic temporarily without a visa for a maximum period of 90 days, unless the purpose of their stay is to pursue a gainful activity or study.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2001.
