amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 428 / 1992 Coll., on the formalities and reimbursement of expenses provided to members of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the performance of the service
The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, after consulting the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, provides pursuant to § 58 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Czech Police:
The proceeds of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 428 / 1992 Coll., on the formalities and reimbursement of expenses provided to members of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the performance of the service are amended and supplemented as follows:
In Article 21, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) The financial compensation referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 shall not be granted to a police officer who has already been in service to the police or who has been in service to another armed security corps, provided that the duration of the service and the claims associated therewith are accounted for in accordance with the special rule (11a) to the extent that he has served in the police; This shall not apply if the period between the termination of a previous service and the emergence of a new service is longer than three years. ';
Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall become paragraphs 5 and 6.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1993.
