amending Decree No. 109 / 1980 Coll., on Admission to Higher Education
The Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic provides according to § 98 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 39 / 1980 Coll., on Higher Education:
Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 109 / 1980 Coll., on admission to higher education, is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The directors of secondary schools, leading socialist organisations or national committees shall draw up the personal characteristics of the candidate, confirm the accuracy of the application for those data and send it, with their opinion to the Dean of the relevant faculty by 28 February of the following year, to the higher education institutions of the artistic direction by 31 December of the current year; for the candidates referred to in paragraph 4, by 30 November of the current year. ';
2. In Paragraph 4 (2), the last sentence reads:
"The talent or practical part of the examination shall be held, except in the case of arts universities, after the written part of the entrance examination; if its character permits, it is also anonymous. ';
3. Article 4 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Admission examinations for higher education are held after graduation in secondary schools. The candidates referred to in Article 2 (4) shall take these examinations not later than 14 days before the final examinations; no later than 14 days before graduation, the talent part of the entrance exam shall also be held by applicants for study in higher education. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
