DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 3 December 1997
amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 64 / 1992 Coll., on youth homes
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 64 / 1992 Coll., on youth homes, is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 (1) (b) reads as follows:
"(b) to Category II homes which do not comply with any of the requirements referred to in (a).";
2. Paragraph 9 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Students of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, gymnastics and special gymnastics (hereinafter referred to as" secondary vocational school and gymnasium ") are granted accommodation in the home of the 2nd category for payment of 500 CZK to 800 CZK per month and in the home of the 1st category for payment of 800 CZK to 1200 CZK per month."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1998.
