GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 October 2024
amending Government Decree No. 270 / 2024 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic in the period from 17 September 2024 to 31 October 2024 to remedy the consequences of a disaster caused by floods in the Czech Republic
The Government orders pursuant to § 16 paragraph 4 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 270 / 2024 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic in the period from 17 September 2024 to 31 October 2024 to the end of the disaster caused by floods in the Czech Republic is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Decree, "31 October 2024 'is replaced by" 30 November 2024'.
2. In Section 1, "31 October 2024 'is replaced by" 30 November 2024' and "2 000 'is replaced by" 1 000'.
3. in Article 3 (2), "31 October 2024 'is replaced by" 30 November 2024';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
