GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2022
amending Government Regulation No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of military-specific activities, as amended
The Government mandates for the implementation of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Occupational Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 47 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 183 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 122 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll.
The Annex to Government Decree No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of activities for each military rank, as amended by Government Decree No. 429 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 156 / 2019 Coll. and Government Decree No. 258 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Part VIII. The military rank of Ensign (b) (1) shall be deleted from the term "Military Intelligence specialised facility."
2. in Part XIV. The military rank of Major (i) (2) shall read as follows:
"2. Specialised legal support for the management of the Ministry of Defence section (Senior Legal Officer of the Support Department),"
3. In Part XV, the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (a) (4) reads as follows:
"4. the Department of Organisation Department of the Ministry of Defence, Military Intelligence, Financial Agency, Directorate of Foreign Activities, Multinational Centre for Coordination of Logistics, Centre for the Protection against Weapons of Mass Destruction, Department of Education of the Military Central School and Higher Vocational School of the Ministry of Defence, Department of Economic and Operational Military Historical Institute, Economic Department or Acquisition Department of the Agency of Communication and Information Systems, Budget and Finance Department or Department of Acquisition or Expert Department of Logistics Agency (Chief of Logistics Department, Head of Department) ';
4. In Part XV, the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (l) (3) reads as follows:
"3. highly specialised specialised legal support within the organisational element of the military inspection department or organisational element of the Military Air Force Supervisory Department incorporated in the Ministry of Defence or the Inspector General Staff Chief and the Ministry of Defence Special Forces Directorate or Operations Command, if this support is also aimed at the area of international war or humanitarian law (senior legal specialist), '.
5. In Part XV. At the end of point (p), the military rank of the Lieutenant Colonel shall be the following points 3 and 4:
"3rd activity according to § 16l of Act No. 289 / 2005 Coll., on Military Intelligence, (Inspector for Cybersecurity),
4. the drafting of draft draft new legislation with national application or regulation of cases so far by laws which have not yet been adapted or responsible for their comprehensive assessment in the comment procedure or for the processing of essential comprehensive opinions on those rules; the independent exercise of complex legal activities in the field of the administration of the Central Administrative Office, the development of essential legal interpretations and opinions and the establishment of general procedures for the application of legislation, including the handling of case-by-case cases; the implementation of legal support in the negotiation of international agreements and subsequent agreements (Senior Senior Legal Officer of the Civil Ministry of Defence), '.
6. In Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel (b) (10) is replaced by "Air Force and Air Force '.
7. In Part XVI. Military rank Colonel (b) (29) 'territory' is replaced by 'territorial forces'.
8. In Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel shall be added to points 31 and 32 at the end of point (b):
"31st military service of the Colonel-type (Chief, Director, Commander),
32nd Military Intelligence Office (Director of the Office), '.
9. In Part XVI. Military rank Colonel (h) (21) 'territory' is replaced by 'territorial forces'.
10. In Part XVI. Military rank, Colonel (h) (22):
"22nd Division of the Criminal Service of the Chief Command of the Military Police, carrying out highly specialised criminal service activities with both the whole department and the outside office, and coordinating the professional criminal service activities (Deputy Chief of the Department), '.
11. in Part XVII. The military rank of Brigadier General (a) (12) is as follows:
'12th 21st Tactical Air Base, 22nd Helicopter Air Base or 24th Air Traffic Base (Base Commander), '.
12. in Part XIX. The military rank of Lieutenant General shall be added at the end of the text in point (b) ", military representative of the Czech Republic in SHAPE."
13. At the end of Section XIX. The military rank of Lieutenant General shall be replaced by a comma and the following point (d) shall be added:
"(d) the management and implementation of international cooperation between the Czech Republic and another State and international bodies and organisations in the political, economic, security or military field; comprehensive assessment and evaluation of crisis events in international policy and foreign policy and security interests of the Czech Republic; representation of the armed forces of the Czech Republic abroad at the highest military-political and military-strategic level (Defence Allocator). '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2022.
