GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 January 2003
amending Government Regulation No 462 / 2002 Coll., on institutional support for research and development from public funds and on the evaluation of research projects
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 39 of Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., on the promotion of research and development from public funds and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the Promotion of Research and Development) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to implement Sections 4 (7) and 7 (4) of the Act:
Government Decree No 462 / 2002 Coll., on institutional support for research and development from public funds and on evaluation of research projects, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (3) (b), the words "internal rules of higher education" are replaced by the words "rules laid down by individual higher education institutions."
2. In Article 1 (3), after the second sentence, the sentence "An application for institutional support in the calendar year 2003 may be submitted by the tenderer to the provider no later than 30 days after the date of entry into force of this provision."
3. In Article 1, at the end of paragraph 4, the sentence "The provider shall decide on the application for the calendar year 2003 within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this provision."
4. in Article 2 (1) (a) and Article 2 (2) (a), the words "or under legislation effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation" shall be inserted after the words "the law."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
